The family-owned vineyards of the Domaine de Baal were planted in the early 90’s at 1,150 meters above sea-level, on the foothills of Mount-Lebanon. Our passion for this land and our strong desire to preserve it for future generations to enjoy, has naturally enclined us to produce natural wines, refined and elegant, reflecting the distinctiveness of the soil.
In line with our philosophy to respect the earth and the environment, we have adopted organic farming from the very start of the project.
Our wines are never subjected to any bonding, ‘collage’ or filtering before being bottled and are hence as close to their original nature as can be.
